Who can use the app
Dexie by PRODEX works with a PRODEX seat that your organization has enabled for the companion. If the app tells you your seat doesn't include the companion yet, ask your PRODEX administrator — it is switched on per person from PRODEX on the web.
Linking your phone
On your computer, sign in to PRODEX and open Settings → API tokens → Link your iPhone (or go straight to prodex.evalix.io/link-device). In the app, tap Agree & link this device and point the camera at the code — or tap Type the code instead and enter the code shown under the QR. Codes last 2 minutes and work once; generate a fresh one anytime. Every launch afterwards unlocks with Face ID or your passcode.
De-linking
In the app: settings (top left) → De-link this device. From the web: PRODEX Settings → API tokens → revoke the device's token. Either way the app loses access instantly and everything it kept on the phone is removed; your account is untouched.
Talking to Dexie
Tap the bubble once to start a conversation, then just talk — when you pause, your words are sent. After Dexie answers, she listens again; tap the bubble while she is listening to end the conversation. Tap while she is speaking to interrupt her. Prefer typing? Use type instead at the bottom. In settings you can turn voice replies off and choose how long she waits after you stop talking.
Capturing a meeting
Tap ● capture to start, and the bubble to finish. Dexie summarizes the meeting and proposes what to file — tasks, notes, to-dos — and nothing is filed until you confirm each item. You can finish the routing later, in the app or on the web (Pulse → Meetings to route). The full transcript stays private to you.
Past conversations
history (top right) lists your previous conversations — continue one, or archive it. new starts a fresh thread.
